okay back to business
Christmas came early this year; actually, this was my push present to myself. (However, my husband did get me the Tiffany Bean necklace in honor of having his little Bean.) I was so excited to get this new toy in the mail. It can cut all kinds of fun stuff the options are endless! I have so many ideas I don't know where to start.
First completed project - St. Paddy's Day
Lately Julian does not believe in taking naps during the day. He cry's and wants to be held. I cannot get anything done, I can barely get a shower in. I am crossing my fingers that this is just a phase. I cannot really complain because he is sleeping great at night but I would love to have a little break during the day. Growing up I was a hold me baby, my mom would tell me "My hold me is broken." I swore I would NEVER say this to my child and I found myself saying this to Julian during one of his tired fits. Does this mean I am turing into my mother? haha!
This is how I get things done... the good ol' Ergo
The only down fall to the Ergo is if I stop moving he wakes up. You would think I would be super skinny from all the moving around I do but that is not the case.
While Julian napped in the Ergo today I made two Pioneer Woman recipes and both were successes. I love her website and the step-by-step instructions are the best.

this makes a ton of coffee
meatball sandwiches - http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/07/16-minute-meal-3-mini-meatball-sandwiches/
