We had Easter at our house this year and it went off without a hitch. We did mexican food and everything turned out so good. My MIL (mother in law) made her famous rice and her aunt made her beans (with lard)! It was so yummy! My mom made her hot carrots and they were extra good. The day could not have gone better.Here are a couple pictures from our day...
