i love the pioneer woman's recipes and especially her website. it has step-by-step (ooo baby! flash back to the new kids on the block) recipes with pictures, i love pictures!

turkey pot pie. i made this for new years and used the left over christmas turkey meat. it was very yummy but i cheated when making it and used pilsberry pie crust instead of making it from scratch. i made it in one large pie dish but my pie dish was not deep enough. next time i will make two smaller pies.

tortilla soup. the best tortilla soup recipe ever! and it makes a lot, i usually freeze half. always a winner at my house.

crock pot buffalo chicken - super easy and super yummy! the husband loves this one. it also make a lot the next time i make this it will be when having guests over.
